We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • In its original packaging.
  • With all original tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items not meeting these conditions may be refused for return or subject to a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is defective or damaged due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
